By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from STRLN SUITS, you agree to be legally bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use this website.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

1. Product Description & Availability

STRLN SUITS offers ready-to-wear men’s 3-piece suits consisting of a jacket, pants, and vest.

All suits are sold as complete sets. Sizes cannot be mixed or substituted.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of any product without notice.

While we make every effort to accurately describe our products, minor variations may occur due to production tolerances.

2. Product Imagery & Visual Representation

Certain product images may include digitally rendered or enhanced backgrounds for presentation purposes.

The garment itself — including fabric, color, cut, stitching, structure, and construction — is represented accurately as sold.

Slight variations in color may occur due to lighting conditions, photography, and individual device display settings.

3. Sizing & Alterations

STRLN SUITS garments follow standard U.S. sizing with a traditional 6-inch proportional difference between jacket chest size and pant waist size.

We do not provide tailoring services and do not reimburse alteration costs.

Once a garment has been altered in any way, it becomes final sale and is not eligible for return or exchange.

Each suit is individually constructed and may vary approximately ½”–1” in measurements, which is within industry tolerance.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the Size & Fit Guide prior to purchase.

4. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.

Payment must be received in full before order processing begins.

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel any order
• Limit quantities
• Cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized resale
• Correct pricing errors

If an order is canceled after payment is processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Processing and delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.

STRLN SUITS is not responsible for:

• Carrier delays
• Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
• Incorrect shipping information entered by the customer

Customers are responsible for filing claims directly with the carrier when applicable.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns must comply with our official Return Policy.

To qualify for return, items must be:

• Unworn
• Unaltered
• In original condition
• With tags attached

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

7. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

Customers agree to contact STRLN SUITS directly to resolve any issue prior to initiating a chargeback.

Filing a false or fraudulent chargeback constitutes a breach of these Terms and may be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We reserve the right to submit delivery confirmation, IP address records, customer communication, and policy acknowledgment as evidence in dispute proceedings.

8. Website Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use this website for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with site operations
• Use automated systems to extract data
• Copy or distribute site content without authorization

Violation of these terms may result in account termination and legal action.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, product designs, photography, graphics, copy, and branding — is the exclusive property of STRLN SUITS.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, STRLN SUITS shall not be liable for:

• Fit dissatisfaction due to improper measurement
• Results of third-party alterations
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

In all cases, liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless STRLN SUITS from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your misuse of the website or violation of these Terms.

12. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of California.

You waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only.

13. Force Majeure

STRLN SUITS shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, carrier delays, government actions, or acts of God.
