Returns

While suits are inherently refined garments, we understand that occasionally a piece may not meet expectations.

4.1 Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unaltered suits with original tags intact. Any signs of wear, washing, or tailoring render an item ineligible for return.

We cannot make any exceptions and any return requests emailed outside of the 14-day time frame outlined above will not be accepted.

4.2 Return Authorization

To initiate a return, contact our support team at Main@STRLN.COM with your order number, item details, and reason for return. Authorization must be issued before a return is mailed.

4.3 Return Costs

Unless otherwise specified, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4.4 Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping and applicable taxes are non-refundable.

4.5 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges; customers are encouraged to return the original item and place a new order for the desired size or style.

4.6 Sale/Wholesale Items

All items sold at a discounted price are FINAL SALE. This includes discounted bulk items or wholesale items.
